Corporate Website and CRM Integration

Enquiries were arriving by email and being copied into a CRM by hand, which meant some were answered days late and some not at all. We rebuilt the corporate website and wired every form on it straight into the CRM, so a new enquiry creates a record, assigns an owner and starts a follow up clock without anyone touching it. The site itself was rebuilt for speed and for the content team to edit without a developer.
