Essential Responsibilities
Client Success Manager: Ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients by understanding their unique needs and effectively addressing their requirements through telesales efforts.
Audit and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and quality checks on telesales activities to maintain high standards of performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Staff Training: Develop and deliver training programs for the telesales team, focusing on cold calling techniques, lead generation, and effective communication strategies.
Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to the telesales team, monitoring their performance, and offering support and coaching to maximize their potential.
Cold Calling Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in cold calling techniques and strategies, leading by example and providing hands-on support to the team in handling client interactions.
Lead Management: Oversee the process of finding leads, contacting homeowners through calls and texts, and gathering relevant information for further action.
CRM Integration: Ensure leads are effectively pushed to the CRM system for follow-up by the designated managers, and maintain data accuracy in the CRM.
Data Management: Update and maintain raw data on the drive used by the internal team, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
